Role overview The role is focused on NiCE NTR-x enterprise recording/compliance solutions, particularly for banking and financial-services customers.

Typical responsibilities include

- Installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting NiCE NTR-x / Verint recording platforms.
- Troubleshooting Windows Server, IP/SIP, RTP, VoIP, TCP/UDP, LAN/WAN and telephony issues.
- Using Wireshark and log analysis for troubleshooting.
- Working with SQL and basic Shell/PowerShell scripting.
- Integrating with platforms such as Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, and Amazon Connect.
- Supporting AWS/Azure, VMware/Citrix, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, DNS, HA/DR, and database migrations.
