nPosition: Network Engineer

nLocation: Begumpet, Hyderabad

nExperience: 0–2 Years

nShift: 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST

nWorking Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

n? Roles & Responsibilities

n

nProvide L1/L2 technical support to clients and internal teams.

nTroubleshoot product, network, and connectivity issues.

nEscalate complex issues to the appropriate engineering teams.

nManage support tickets and maintain proper documentation.

nCollaborate with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution.

nEnsure excellent customer service and skilled communication.

n

n?️ Required Skills & Qualifications

n

nGood verbal and written communication skills.

nBasic knowledge of CCNA and networking concepts.

nUnderstanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, and switching.

nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills.
