nWorking Hours: 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM on both days.

nTools need to be carried by Engineer:

n

nLaptop with Ethernet port – for WLC/AP configuration and connectivity.

nUSB-to-Ethernet adapter – if the laptop does not have a built-in Ethernet port.

nConsole cable – Cisco-compatible RJ45/USB console cable for direct WLC access if required.

nUSB console adapter – if the laptop requires USB connectivity for the console cable.

nCAT6 Ethernet patch cable – for direct connectivity and troubleshooting.

nRJ45 cable tester – for checking Ethernet connectivity/cabling if required.

nUSB-to-Serial adapter – if required for console access.

nPower adapter/charger for laptop.





nMobile hotspot / backup Internet connectivity – for remote coordination if the site network is unavailable

nThe engineers will be required to:

n

nProvide onsite support during the planned activity.

nSupport AP mounting and related onsite activities.

nAssist with the WLC and AP re-IP/migration activities as required.

nPerform necessary checks and validation during the activity.

nCoordinate with the remote team and site SPOC throughout the activity.

nConfirm completion and functionality with the site SPOC.
