- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving Routing and Switching, Palo Alto, Check point, Citrix Net scalar.
- Manage escalations from the L1 team and resolve them within SLA.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on network devices.
- Configure and support daily tasks and basic firewall rules.
- Document network issues, solutions, and changes.
- Coordinate with vendors or ISPs when required.
- Cisco ASA and Aruba Wireless Network. Soft Skills 1. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Act as a subject matter expert for complex network troubleshooting and optimization.
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level LAN/WAN environments.
- Manage and secure firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto and Checkpoint).
- Handle high-severity incidents and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documentation.
- Lead major upgrades, migrations, and network architecture changes.
- Provide mentorship and support to L2 engineers.
- Conduct risk assessments and capacity planning. Soft Skills 1. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
