Role & responsibilities

- Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate & Cisco ASA firewalls, including VPN, NAT, ACLs and security policies.

- Manage Ruckus WLAN controllers/APs, SSIDs and wireless connectivity.

- Administer LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS/DHCP and network troubleshooting.

- Manage IPSec/SSL VPNs and resolve network/security incidents within SLA.

- Provide technical support to US customers via calls, email and ticketing tools.

- Perform network monitoring, upgrades, patching, RCA and documentation.

- Coordinate with Fortinet, Cisco & Ruckus OEM support.

- Participate in US/night shifts, 24x7 support and on-call rotation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Electronics or related field preferred.

- 4 to 5 years of hands-on network administration experience.

- Strong experience with Fortinet/FortiGate, Cisco ASA and Ruckus.

- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs and network security.

- Solid troubleshooting skills and experience with ITSM/ticketing tools.

- Excellent English communication skills for direct US customer support.

- Willingness to work in US/night shifts and a 24x7 environment.
