The responsibilities of the Counselor/Sr. Counsellor includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering robust connections and meeting enrollment objectives.

Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their educational goals N
.Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomes N
.Follow up on leads andconvert inquiries into admissions N
.Meet and exceed Weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targets N




.Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission N
.Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentation N
.Build and maintain robust relationships with potential learners N
.Guide students throughfinancial aid, scholarships, and installment plans N
.Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirements N
