Role Description The Project Coordinator at LifeWall is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for coordinating outdoor design and installation projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include liaising between clients, designers, engineers, and installers; scheduling site visits; tracking project progress; and maintaining explicit documentation. The Project Coordinator will handle basic procurement follow-ups, monitor in office work,



resolve minor operational issues, and provide regular status updates to management and clients. The role also involves supporting process improvements and contributing to a positive and protected work environment on project sites.
Qualifications
Ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage timelines, and organize resources effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, designers, and on-site teams.
Basic understanding of construction, landscaping, or interior/exterior design workflows is preferred.
Proficiency with office and project-tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management or scheduling software).
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow structured processes.
Capacity to work on-site in Delhi, visit project locations, and supervise day-to-day activities as needed.
