Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Outreach
Identify, research, and generate high-quality B2B leads across industries and target accounts.
Connect with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers via and other qualified platforms.
Build and maintain prospect lists and pipelines using CRM and outreach tools.

Performance Marketing (Paid Campaigns)
Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Ads, and Meta.
Help refine targeting, messaging, and creatives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Research current audience segments, platforms, and growth opportunities for B2B demand generation.

Email & Nurture Marketing
Support execution of email marketing campaigns and automated drip sequences for B2B prospects and decision-makers.
Assist with contact segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing of email campaigns.
Monitor engagement metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve campaign effectiveness.

Event & Partnership Support
Assist in planning, coordinating,



and executing webinars, conferences, and industry events.
Support outreach to partners, speakers, and attendees before and after events to maximize participation and lead capture.
Help track event performance, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups.

Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse growth and demand generation performance using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns with performance data.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong interest in B2B growth marketing, lead generation, and demand creation.
Comfortable with outreach, email tools, and CRM platforms.
Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Ads, Meta) is a plus.
Valuable communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives
