Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Full-Time 5 days Office Experience: 2–5 Years Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Interview Mode: F2F interview About the Role We’re looking for a creative and versatile Multimedia & Digital Designer who can bring our product and brand to life through engaging videos, motion graphics, social media creatives, marketing campaigns and digital/web experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Leadership teams , taking creative ideas from concept → design → production → final execution .

Key Responsibilities Are: Video & Motion Create product demo, explainer and feature videos.

Create

Reels, Shorts and other short-form content. Edit screen recordings, voiceovers, animations and sound. Develop motion graphics, typography and product/UI animations. Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form content.

Marketing & Social Media Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails and campaign creatives. Create creative assets for product launches, digital campaigns and advertisements. Design presentations, brochures, one-pagers, datasheets and marketing collateral.

Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative assets. Website & Digital Design Design websites and landing pages using Figma . Create website visuals, banners, icons and layouts. Apply basic UI/UX and responsive design principles.





Collaborate with developers for accurate design implementation. Improve existing website experiences from a visual and usability perspective. AI & Creative Innovation Use AI tools for ideation, storyboarding, image/video generation and creative production.

Explore new design, video and AI tools to improve creative output and efficiency. What We’re Looking For ~2–5 years of experience in Multimedia, Graphic, Visual or Digital Design . ~ Robust portfolio covering video, graphic design, motion and digital/web design . ~ Strong video editing and motion graphics skills. ~ Proficiency in Figma . ~ Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator and Photoshop . ~ Knowledge of Webflow/Framer is a plus. ~ Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Firefly, Midjourney and ChatGPT . ~ Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy and storytelling. ~ Ability to independently take a creative brief from concept to final execution. ~ SaaS, technology or B2B experience is preferred. Portfolio is Mandatory Candidates must share relevant work showcasing: Product / Demo Videos Reels / Short-form Videos Motion Graphics Social Media Creatives Marketing Campaigns Website / UI/UX Design SaaS / Technology Projects – if applicable Candidates without a relevant portfolio may not be shortlisted.
