Role & responsibilities

- Operate and monitor DG Sets, UPS and electrical systems.

- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of MCCB, RCCB, ELCB, Transformers and electrical panels.

- Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical faults and ensure timely rectification.

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.

- Attend basic plumbing and carpentry maintenance requirements.

- Monitor electrical equipment and ensure secure and uninterrupted operation.

- Maintain daily maintenance records, checklists and equipment logs.

- Follow all electrical safety procedures and company maintenance standards.

- Coordinate with supervisors, vendors and other maintenance staff whenever required

Preferred candidate profile

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

- Basic practical knowledge of DG Set & UPS Operation.

- Knowledge of MCCB, RCCB, ELCB, Transformers and electrical panels.





- Basic knowledge of plumbing and carpentry maintenance.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle maintenance emergencies.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Candidates with relevant facility management / building maintenance experience will be preferred.
