About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer with robust 2D animation, motion design, and video editing capabilities to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in an advertising, digital, or design agency and be comfortable transforming creative concepts into engaging visual content across digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics, 2D animations, and video content for brands and campaigns.
- Develop animations and motion concepts based on creative briefs and brand requirements.
- Handle video editing, compositing, transitions, typography, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Account teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Create content for social media, digital campaigns, brand films, advertisements, presentations, and other communication formats.
- Translate static designs into dynamic and engaging motion content.
- Ensure all deliverables meet creative, technical, and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced agency environment.




- Stay updated with the latest motion design, animation, editing, and AI tools.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of professional experience in Motion Graphic Design & Video Editing.
- Strong understanding of 2D animation and motion design principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, transitions, visual storytelling, and timing.
- Experience in creating content for Instagram, YouTube, digital ads, and other social platforms.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with creative teams.
- Experience in an Advertising Agency, Design Agency, Digital Agency, or Creative Studio is preferred.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of 3D animation / Cinema 4D / Blender and Generative AI Tools.
- Knowledge of AI-based creative and animation tools.
- Experience working on brand campaigns and digital advertising projects.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing skills.
