We’re looking for a Motion Designer who can develop solid visual narratives and translate creative concepts into polished motion content for events, brand films, immersive environments and large-format screens.

KDesign is the design and multimedia vertical of Kaleidoscope Events Pvt. Ltd., working across motion graphics, 3D, event visuals and digital storytelling for leading brands in India and internationally.

What You’ll Do

- Translate scripts, concepts and styleframes into visually compelling motion sequences
- Develop the look, pacing and movement language for event films, launch content and screen-based experiences
- Create high-impact motion graphics that combine typography, design, imagery and 3D elements
- Work across cinematic AVs, revealers, transitions, content loops and multi-screen visual systems
- Build edits around music, sound design and SFX, using audio cues to drive pacing, transitions and impact
- Collaborate with designers,



editors and 3D artists to build cohesive visual narratives
- Experiment with new motion styles, visual techniques and workflows to push the quality of output

What We’re Looking For

- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, rhythm and visual hierarchy
- Excellent sense of typography, composition and design in motion
- Strong compositing and visual storytelling skills
- Good understanding of music editing, sound design and SFX integration
- Ability to interpret creative direction and independently develop motion treatments
- Comfortable working across varied visual styles and unconventional screen formats
