Position: Montessori Educator /n Locations: Ekya NAVA – Varthur /n /n Job Summary: /n We are seeking passionate and dedicated Montessori Educators to create a nurturing, child-centered learning environment that fosters independence, curiosity, and holistic development. The ideal candidate should be committed to the Montessori philosophy and capable of guiding children through meaningful learning experiences. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Plan and deliver engaging Montessori lessons aligned with the Montessori methodology.

- Prepare and maintain a stimulating, protected, and organized classroom environment.

/n

- Observe, assess, and document each child's learning progress and developmental milestones.

/n

- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

/n

- Encourage independence, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

/n





- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.

/n

- Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

/n

- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development programs.

/n /n /n Requirements: /n /n

- IMTC certification or Montessori Teacher Training certification is mandatory.

/n

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant discipline.

/n

- Prior experience as a Montessori Educator is preferred.

/n

- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and child development.

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

/n

- Passion for early childhood education and creating an engaging learning environment.
