About The Role DagChain is seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity for a visionary designer to craft visually compelling motion graphics and digital content that resonate with our innovative brand.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual narratives.

Experience or familiarity with Blockchain, Web3, Crypto, AI, or technology-focused content is highly desirable, as it will enable the candidate to produce content aligned with our cutting-edge industry focus. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and staying abreast of the latest trends in motion design and digital media.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or related creative fields. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is essential,



along with strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

A solid understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, transitions, and visual storytelling is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent video editing and post-production skills, with a portfolio or showreel showcasing their motion graphics and animation work. Prior experience creating social media videos, reels, explainers, and promotional content is highly valued.

Familiarity with social media platform specifications and content formats will be advantageous. Strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and effective time management are critical for success in this role. Candidates with experience in Blockchain, Web3, Crypto, AI, or related technology sectors will be given preference.

Additional skills such as 3D animation, proficiency in Blender or Cinema 4D, and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, promotional content, and social media creatives that align with DagChain’s brand identity. This includes developing visually engaging content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), websites, and marketing campaigns.

The role involves converting scripts, concepts, and briefs into compelling visual stories and animations, designing and animating text, icons, infographics, UI elements, charts, and product features to communicate complex blockchain, Web3, AI, and technology concepts in an accessible manner. Collaborating closely with content creators, videographers, social media managers,



and marketing teams is essential to ensure creative concepts are executed effectively. The designer will also edit video footage, integrating motion graphics, transitions, effects, sound, and music to produce polished final products.

Developing creative directions for campaigns and product launches, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines, and adapting content for various formats and platforms are key aspects of this role.
