Job Summary:

Core Responsibility: Operate and maintain molding machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

- Set up and operate molding machines, or other relevant processes.
- Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, time) based on product specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

Quality Control:

- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and address any quality issues that arise during production.
- Document production data, including quantities, quality, and materials used.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Perform routine maintenance on molding machines, including cleaning and lubrication.

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make necessary repairs.

Safety:





- Follow all safety procedures and regulations when operating machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Other Duties:

- May be required to mix ingredients, change molds, or perform other tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Fresher or Previous experience operating molding machines is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of molding processes, machine operation, and quality control procedures.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move materials, and work in a quick-paced environment.

Other Skills:

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow instructions.
