Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the execution of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) events. This role ensures smooth event operations, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site execution for successful events.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage MICE events, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and venues for seamless event logistics.
Supervise the event team and ensure tasks are properly delegated.
Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and control expenses.
Oversee in office logistics, transportation, and accommodations.
Troubleshoot issues on event day and ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct post-event reviews and provide feedback.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in event operations, preferably in the MICE industry.
Solid organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in event management software and MS Office.
Ability to manage large-scale events and resolve on-site challenges.
