Experience & Benchmark: 11+ years of progressive agency experience in account management and strategic leadership.
Core Competencies: Outgoing, creative, and articulate people-person with solid team leadership capabilities, high self-motivation, and a explicit hunger for continuous growth.
Agency Background: Proven track record in top-tier advertising or marketing agencies managing large-scale brand accounts and complex campaign workflows.
Domain Expertise:



Deep familiarity with consumer journeys and strategic marketing nuances within the Luxury, Ultra-Luxury, and Real Estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Business Development: Spearhead client acquisition and organic growth strategies, with a solid emphasis on Real Estate and Luxury/Ultra-Luxury portfolios. Lead strategic pitch presentations and build long-term, C-suite client partnerships.
Operational & Account Leadership: Oversee day-to-day account operations, workflow optimization, resource planning, and account profitability to ensure high-quality delivery and operational excellence.
Integrated Campaign Strategy: Champion mainline advertising architecture (70% focus across ATL, Brand Positioning, Mass Media, and OOH) while seamlessly integrating 360-degree digital and experiential initiatives.
