Requirement:

M . Tech (Design / Thermal)
2 - 4 years of experience in Product Design and Development preferably in the
field of Refrigeration/Air Conditioning.
Hands-on experience in product design, engineering calculations, testing, and




validation activities
Experience in applying the technical understanding and design principles to
the product design and should be able to correlate with actual product
testing
Ability to perform engineering calculations and correlate analytical results
with product testing outcomes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, along with statistical
data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; Well conversant with
presentation through MS tools and experience of presentation
Positive attitude and willingness to learn recent technologies and engineering
methodologies
Creative mindset with a robust affinity for learning and driving innovation
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with appropriate guidance.

Knowledge of GT Suite / Matlab / Matcad
