nAbout the Role:

nWe are seeking an Academic Program Manager with proven, practical experience in data analytics (DA), Python, and SQL. This is not a traditional data science or highly technical engineering position. Instead, our ideal candidate brings hands-on technical fluency together with cooperative, people-oriented strengths to support program delivery, manage teams, and drive learner engagement.

nThe position emphasizes:

n- Technical proficiency: Practical knowledge of data analytics techniques, Python,



and SQL (without expecting advanced data science or engineering expertise).

n- Team leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing, leading, or coordinating a team.

n- Collaborative approach: Ability to work effectively with educators, program staff, and learners to achieve academic and organizational goals.

nResponsibilities:

n- Supporting learners growth and delivering outcomes in an academic setting Interview and B2B Operations.

n- Driving placements and learners supply for industry demands

n- Structuring training and company-specific preparations for the learners.

n-High face time with leadership team, along with sales and marketing partnerships

nQualifications: Experience in teaching, mentoring, or prior work in edtech is highly valued but not mandatory.

nExperience in team management is a must.

n2+ YOE in data-oriented roles

nMandatory good knowledge of data analytics stacks and program management.
