About The Role We are seeking a skilled Flutter & Mobile Application Developer to join our dynamic mobile engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications tailored for healthcare and digital health solutions.

Your expertise will directly contribute to creating user-friendly interfaces, reliable offline functionalities, and real-time device integrations, including Bluetooth Low Energy peripherals. Collaborating closely with our web and backend teams, you will ensure consistency across platforms and optimize user experiences for both iOS and Android devices. This position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements, providing an excellent opportunity to innovate within the healthcare technology space.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have over three years of professional experience in mobile application development, with proven expertise in both React Native and Flutter. A strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart, and modern state management techniques is essential.

Candidates should possess a solid grasp of native platform integration,



including permissions and device-specific functionalities, as well as experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and secure local storage solutions. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile development methodologies is required. Additionally, experience or interest in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device communication and web technologies such as React or React Native is considered a plus.

A proactive approach to code quality, dependency management, and continuous improvement is highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high performance and responsiveness for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Implement scalable architecture and robust state management solutions, adhering to clean code principles and best practices.
- Create and execute automated testing strategies, including unit, widget, and integration tests, to uphold high reliability and stability standards.
- Develop offline-first data persistence strategies, enabling seamless user experiences even with intermittent connectivity.
- Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals and external sensors to facilitate real-time data streaming and device communication.
- Develop native platform-specific features and permissions to enhance app capabilities and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.




- Collaborate with web engineering teams to align mobile app features and business logic with web applications, leveraging experience with React and React Native where applicable.
- Design intuitive, responsive user interfaces optimized for mobile and tablet devices, focusing on usability and accessibility.
- Support continuous integration and deployment processes, managing automated builds, app releases, and deployment to App Store and Google Play.
