Candidate should have experience working with Oil & Gas/ Refinery/ Petrochemical Industry.

Looking for candidate who can join within 15 - 30 days.

5 days working. Saturday & Sunday is Off.

Job Role :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and project services roles across multiple locations and business units.
- Source top talent through multiple channels, including job portals, skilled networks
- Partner with business leaders and people managers on sourcing strategy, role calibration, workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Support hiring across Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical,



Instrumentation, Process, Safety and Project Controls disciplines.
- Drive direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, market mapping and targeted candidate outreach.
- Manage requisitions ensuring process discipline, governance, accurate statuses and timely updates. Offer discussions, compensation benchmarking and senior stakeholder approvals for business-critical hires.
- Provide recruitment updates, ageing analysis, and pipeline visibility to improve decision-making and hiring momentum.
