Role & responsibilities

- Consolidate data from multiple sources and maintain accurate MIS reports.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities.

- Create and maintain dashboards using Advanced Excel / Power BI / AI tools.

- Automate repetitive reporting and data-management activities wherever possible.

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms to improve reporting, analysis, and productivity.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.

- Track team performance, productivity, leads, conversions, and other operational KPIs.

- Prepare management reports and present key findings in a simple and actionable format.

- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Management teams for data requirements.





- Maintain proper documentation and ensure reports are shared within timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years of experience in MIS/Data Analyst/Reporting roles.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, charts, dashboards, etc.

- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

- Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.

- Hands-on experience with AI tools, especially ChatGPT, for data analysis and automation.

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reports/deadlines.
