Role Overview





We are looking for a Migration Consultant with hands-on experience migrating content from Egnyte and ShareFile to SharePoint Online, with strong expertise in permissions, external access, and migration tooling.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess content, metadata, and permissions across Egnyte and ShareFile.
- Develop content inventory and permission mapping for SharePoint migration.
- Execute migrations using ShareGate, AvePoint, or similar tools.
- Design secure external access for clients and third parties using Microsoft Entra B2B and SharePoint extranet sites.
- Validate migrated content, permissions, security, and data integrity.
- Support migration change management and user adoption activities.
- Support MA-related content migrations as required.
- Work closely with business and compliance stakeholders to plan and execute migration activities.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience migrating Egnyte and ShareFile to SharePoint Online.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, and security.
- Experience with ShareGate, AvePoint, or equivalent migration tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID/B2B and external sharing.
- Experience with content assessment, permission mapping, migration planning, and execution.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
