Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant – Application Support & Triage

- Pay rate: ₹10,000 per day (10% TDS included)
- Location: India (Fully Remote)
- Contract Duration: 12-month rolling contract
- Working Time: UK working hours (8 hours/day)
- Immediate/short notice preferred

We’re looking for a technically strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Technical Consultant to join a technical support and triage team.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on investigating, debugging, and resolving CRM issues, supporting production environments and troubleshooting integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
- Investigate and resolve CRM incidents and production issues
- Debug CRM plugins, workflows and customisations
- Troubleshoot CRM integrations with enterprise applications
- Investigate API, data and integration failures
- Analyse logs, error messages and technical issues
- Perform root-cause analysis and identify permanent fixes
- Develop and implement technical fixes
- Support minor enhancements and change requests




- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles

Key requirements include:

- 5+ years of Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE technical experience
- Solid Dynamics 365 CRM customisation & development
- Hands-on C# / .NET
- JavaScript for CRM customisations
- Strong Plugins & Workflows experience
- Microsoft Dataverse
- CRM API / REST API / integration troubleshooting
- Production L2/L3 application support
- Strong debugging, log analysis, and root-cause analysis
- Experience resolving business-critical CRM incidents
- Ability to investigate issues across CRM + external systems
- Experience implementing technical fixes and minor enhancements

⚠️ Important: We are looking for a technical CRM professional, not a purely functional CRM consultant or administrator. Hands-on experience debugging plugins, C#/.NET, integrations and production CRM issues is highly valued.
