? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead / support IT Due Diligence engagements across M&A; transactions

- Assess applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and technology operating models

• Identify technology risks, technical debt and deal-impacting issues

• Develop IT DD and red-flag reports for senior stakeholders

- Analyse IT costs, standalone requirements and technology investments

• Identify technology value-creation and synergy opportunities

• Support IT PMI, carve-outs, separation and TSA planning

- Work with global teams, senior stakeholders and transaction leaders
