? We’re Hiring | Assistant Merchandiser

Skaasa Clothing & Export House Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Merchandiser to join our team in Noida.

We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of the apparel manufacturing and export industry, who can efficiently coordinate between buyers, sampling, production, sourcing, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders from development to final shipment.

Position: Assistant Merchandiser? Location: Noida

? Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the apparel / garment manufacturing industry

? Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:• Handle day-to-day merchandising activities for assigned buyers and orders.

- Coordinate with buyers regarding product development, sampling, approvals, order requirements, and production updates.
- Understand buyer tech packs, specifications, measurements, fabrics, trims, and construction details.
- Coordinate closely with the sampling department for timely development of proto samples, fit samples, size sets, PP samples, and other required submissions.
- Follow up with fabric, trims, printing, embroidery, washing, and other vendors to ensure timely sourcing and approvals.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, sample trackers, production status reports, Time & Action calendars, and merchandising documentation.
- Track approvals for fabrics, trims, lab dips, strike-offs, prints, embroidery, accessories, labels, packaging, and other components.
- Coordinate with the production, quality, sourcing, cutting, finishing, and packing teams to ensure orders are executed according to buyer requirements.
- Monitor production timelines and highlight potential delays or bottlenecks in advance.
- Ensure all buyer comments and amendments are correctly communicated to the concerned departments.
- Assist in costing,



fabric consumption, BOM preparation, and order planning.
- Follow up on pre-production requirements and ensure all approvals are completed before bulk production begins.
- Maintain accurate records of buyer communication, samples, approvals, purchase orders, and order-related documentation.
- Support the senior merchandising and management team in ensuring timely execution and shipment of orders.

Candidate Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of relevant merchandising experience in the garment / apparel manufacturing industry.

- Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, measurements, sampling, and production processes.
- Experience working with apparel buyers and coordinating manufacturing orders will be preferred.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel, email communication, order trackers, and merchandising documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple styles and orders simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and capable of working within strict timelines.
- Candidates with experience in an export house or garment manufacturing setup will be preferred.
