We are hiring an experienced MEPF Purchase Executive with mandatory experience in MEPF procurement, preferably in the Fire Fighting industry. Candidates without MEPF purchase experience are requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure MEPF and Fire Fighting materials as per project requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare vendors, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.
- Coordinate with project teams, stores, and vendors for timely material delivery.
- Maintain vendor relationships and identify recent suppliers.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and procurement documents.




- Maintain accurate purchase records and MIS reports.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in MEPF Purchase (Mandatory).
- Experience in Fire Fighting procurement will be preferred.
- Knowledge of MEPF materials, including pipes, fittings, valves, sprinklers, pumps, and related products.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
