Qualifications

- Lead day‑to‑day site execution and coordination across all civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
- Develop detailed construction schedules, sequencing plans, micro‑level planning, and resource allocation for high‑rise structures.
- Ensure timely progress as per approved baseline program and identify delays with recovery plans.
- Monitor construction activities for towers, podiums, basements, clubhouses, and external development works.
- Verify adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and approved method statements.
- Ensure proper execution of high‑rise core works like:
- Raft, piling, and foundation
- Shear wall construction
- Formwork systems
- Concrete placement & curing
- Structural and architectural finishing
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and compliance.
- Act as the primary PMC representative for coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client teams.
- Review contractor manpower, resources, productivity, and work methodologies.
- Chair coordination meetings for civil, MEP, and finishing teams to resolve site issues and expedite progress.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, HSE plans, and statutory requirements.
