Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting (MEP/MEP-F) systems, along with proven experience in team leadership, project coordination, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage MEP engineering and BIM teams across projects.

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor MEP design and engineering deliverables.

- Review and approve MEP drawings, layouts, calculations, models, and technical documentation.

- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting services with architectural and structural disciplines.

- Manage project schedules, resources, deliverables, and priorities.

- Conduct design reviews, clash coordination, and quality checks.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

- Provide technical guidance and resolve design and coordination issues.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, and project deadlines.

- Review project requirements, specifications, codes, and standards.

- Support estimation, tendering, technical proposals, and project planning when required.

- Identify project risks and implement appropriate solutions.

- Ensure deliverables meet required quality, accuracy, and project standards.

- Mentor and develop engineers, designers, and BIM professionals.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP systems.





- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

- Knowledge of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary model coordination.

- Experience with Navisworks and clash detection.

- Understanding of international MEP codes and standards.

- Ability to review engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

- Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of relevant MEP experience, with at least 35 years in a leadership/project management role.

- Experience managing MEP/BIM teams and multiple projects.

- Solid experience working with international clients and multidisciplinary teams.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver projects with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or infrastructure projects.

- Experience working with Australian, UK, Middle Eastern, or other international project standards.

- PMP, PMI, or relevant project management certification is an advantage.

- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage.
