nnAre you an experienced MEP Manager with expertise in driving large-scale residential developments? We are looking for a dynamic engineering professional to join.

nnQualification: B.Tech / B.E. in relevant discipline

nExperience: 10+ Years

nCTC: Up to ₹14 LPA

nnKey Responsibilities:

nnEnd-to-End Execution: Anchor and oversee complete Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting works in office.

nnMEP Management: Supervise and manage all technical aspects of MEP work across high-rise residential projects.

nnDesign & Coordination: Lead design coordination with consultants and structural/architectural teams.

nnEstimation & Budgeting: Finalize Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare comprehensive project budgets.

nnPlanning & Monitoring: Prepare detailed schedules and monitor progress to ensure cost-effective, time-bound project completion in compliance with organizational policies.
