Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from design to commissioning, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet client expectations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 12-15 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Robust understanding of data center operations and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in EOT cranes operation and maintenance is an added advantage.
- Experience in Fire Fighting system design and implementation is essential.
