We are looking for a

MEP Designer responsible for developing and releasing accurate MEP technical drawings for workspace fit-out projects, with solid focus on

Revit-based design and documentation

.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and release MEP drawings using Revit

.

- Prepare

HVAC, MEP, Fire Fighting and Alarm, and ELV layouts

.

- Coordinate MEP models and drawings with

Architecture, Interior and Project teams

.

- Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues

.

- Prepare/review

MEP BOQs, specifications and technical documentation

.

- Manage drawing revisions and timely release of design deliverables.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable

NBC, fire safety and technical standards

.





- Provide technical clarifications to execution teams when required.

What We're Looking For

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

.

- 4–8 years of MEP Design experience

.

- Strong hands-on experience in

Revit MEP and technical drawing development.

- Good understanding of

HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing and ELV systems

.

- Experience in commercial interiors, corporate offices, coworking or managed workspaces

.

- Good understanding of

MEP coordination, BIM and technical documentation

.
