We're Hiring | Executive Assistant to General Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work closely with the General Manager and support critical business and operational priorities.

This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. The ideal candidate will help drive operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, follow-ups, and timely execution of business deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support
Manage the General Manager's calendar and optimize schedules
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership discussions and 1:1 meetings
Manage and prioritize meeting requests and emails
Draft responses and communication for review when required
Prepare meeting agendas, pre-meeting briefs, and concise summaries of documents

Meeting & Project Coordination
Organize meetings and accurately capture key discussion points




Maintain action trackers and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks
Follow up with stakeholders on pending action items and deliverables
Maintain centralized trackers for projects, priorities, and cross-functional activities

Business Operations
Coordinate recurring operational activities and business deliverables
Support audit schedules, statutory filings, KRA reviews, templates, and other operational activities
Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, Company Secretary, and tax partners
Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, investor updates, and quarterly board packs

Stakeholder Management
Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Ensure stakeholders meet agreed timelines through regular follow-ups
Handle confidential business information, leadership discussions, compensation data, and investor-related matters with complete discretion
