Analyst - Accounting Operations

What can you expect?
A member of the Finance function who will work with accounting operations team.
Working closely with the onshore teams and other functional finance teams.
Continuous mentorship – collaborate with peers as receive both formal training as well as day to day mentoring from your manager.

We will count on you to:
Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs for the accounting operations team.
Identify automation prospects proactively within the process.
Maintain and update documentation to comply with ISO standards.
Manage month-end / quarter-end finalization and reporting for the below processes:
Payroll
Fixed Assets
Inter-company
Bank reconciliations
Accruals / Prepayments
Leases
Revenue




Managing review for all balance sheets reconciliations and meeting the global deadlines.
Managing audit requirements

What you need to have:
Any relevant Accounting degree, CA qualified preferable
Fresher in Commerce Graduate
Prior experience in working in similar roles

Eligibility Criteria
Prior experience of working in Inter-co
Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months

What makes you stand out?
Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Knowledge of macro preferable)
Positive Accounting knowledge
