About the Role

We are expanding our Member Relations team and seeking dynamic, driven individuals to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for timely follow-ups with members, maintaining excellent relationships, and helping the company achieve its service and recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with members via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on outstanding payments or account matters.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions and account statuses.
- Negotiate and agree on repayment plans, ensuring professionalism and empathy.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments for resolution.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.
- Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and legal guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Languages:



Fluent in English & Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Good reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel ,MS Office, email, CRM tools).
- Experience in collections, member services, or customer support preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
