1. To prepare discharge summaries, death summaries, DAMA summaries and clinical summaries in wards ICU, JCI, daycare
2. Report dispatching.
3. Facilitating in signing of the reports by the Consultant.
4. Assist in other diagnostic if the need arises.
5. Helping/Assisting cardiology department as and when required.
