About the Role We are looking for Medical Scribe who will work closely with US healthcare providers, documenting patient information in real-time and supporting care coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong listening skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of medical terminology. ? Responsibilities - Work alongside healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real-time.

- Manage and update patient health records in EMR systems.
- Prepare clinical summaries, referrals, prior authorizations, and care coordination notes.
- Perform care management tasks such as appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient outreach.
- Maintain confidentiality as per HIPAA compliance.




- Ensure accuracy and completeness in patient documentation.
