Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Mumbai.

The Medical Sales

Representative will promote Regaliz dermatological and haircare products to healthcare professionals, including dermatologists and clinics, through regular visits, product presentations, and detailed discussions. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with medical partners, understanding their needs, and providing product information and support to drive sales growth. Daily responsibilities include territory planning, tracking sales performance, managing orders, and ensuring timely follow-up and customer service.



The representative will also gather market feedback, stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activity, and collaborate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns and training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product detailing, and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present complex product information clearly and confidently.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure responsive support, professional follow-up, and long-term client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy to understand dermatological and haircare treatments and communicate clinical advantages accurately.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, dermatology, or medical device sales will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools and reporting, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory in Mumbai.
