Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Gurugram. The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell Ripple Healthcare’s fall-protection products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.

Qualifications

- Strong Medical Sales skills with experience in selling healthcare devices or solutions to hospitals, clinics, or pharmacies.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust, educate stakeholders, and address inquiries or concerns professionally.




- Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy domains to understand clinical workflows, patient needs, and product use in real-world settings.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, manage a territory, and use CRM or sales reporting tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, biomedical engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort presenting to groups, conducting product demonstrations, and engaging with senior medical professionals.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in follow-up, and the ability to work independently in an on-site, field-oriented role.
- Prior experience in orthopedics, geriatrics, or medical devices is an advantage.
