Role Description This full-time, on-site Medical Representative role is based in Bhopal.

The Medical

Representative will visit healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to promote and explain the company’s pharmaceutical products, ensuring accurate medical and product information is communicated. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and conducting sales calls, presenting product benefits, handling inquiries, and building long-term qualified relationships. The role also involves monitoring market trends, collecting feedback from customers, maintaining sales records, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain product information clearly and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to queries, resolve issues, and support healthcare partners professionally.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, dosage, and safety information.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or a related field are preferred.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, plan routes efficiently, and meet sales and reporting deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and maintaining digital records is beneficial.
