About the Role

We are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our IVF centre. The candidate should be well-groomed, courteous, confident, and capable of handling patient interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors professionally.
- Manage front-desk operations, patient registration, appointments, and enquiries.
- Coordinate patient appointments with doctors, counsellors, and clinical teams.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and basic patient communication.
- Maintain accurate patient records and front-office documentation.
- Guide patients through the registration and appointment process.
- Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, nursing, and administration teams as required.
- Maintain daily appointment schedules and follow up on pending appointments.
- Ensure a clean, organised, and patient-friendly reception area.
- Handle patient concerns courteously and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.




- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/hospital administration qualification will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, IVF centre, or healthcare environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication; knowledge of the local language preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM/Hospital Management Software.
- Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and strong patient-handling skills.

Preferred
- Prior experience in IVF, fertility, gynaecology, or hospital front-office operations.
- Experience handling appointment scheduling and patient counselling coordination.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, or extended hours as required.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
