Summary

Key Responsibilities
Convert CAD drawings and architectural plans into detailed and accurate 3D models using 3ds Max.
Create high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior renders using V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to understand design intent and visualization requirements.
Ensure visual outputs align with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Optimize 3D scenes for effective rendering without compromising visual quality.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining
consistency across deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in 3ds Max for architectural modeling and scene setup.
Hands-on experience with V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer for photorealistic rendering.
Ability to read, interpret, and convert architectural drawings and CAD files into 3D visualizations.
Positive understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and textures for architectural spaces.




Strong portfolio showcasing architectural interiors and exteriors with high visual quality.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setup and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience working with real estate, architectural firms, or design studios.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
