Key Responsibilities
Act as a buddy/mentor for students planning to study abroad
Coordinate with senior counsellors, visa team, and parents for smooth student transition
Prepare and manage support documents, checklists, and resource materials:
Schedule student appointments with counsellors
Organise group interaction sessions for students going to the same country or university
Support the assigned counsellor in daily counselling and coordination tasks
Ensure students are guided through pre-departure processes and cultural readiness

Eligibility & Skills
Graduate or final-year student (any stream)
Positive communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred)
Interest in abroad education / student counselling:
Organised, empathetic,



and student-friendly approach
Freshers welcome (training will be provided)
