Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules. N
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. N
Facilitate communication between teams, stakeholders, and clients. N
Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. N
Prepare status reports,dashboards, and documentation for management. N
Drive process improvements and mentor project team members. N
