Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create engaging reels and short-form videos for social media.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
Develop creative ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Coordinate with the design team for visuals and creatives.
Write captions and copy aligned with brand tone and messaging.
Track and report post-performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers).
Research social media trends and competitor content.
Support influencer collaborations and online engagement activities.

Requirements:
Robust understanding of social media trends and content styles.
Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
Proficiency in Canva, or basic video editing tools.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
