Responsibilities
Do cold calls.
Follow up on potential leads and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Ensure that customers are satisfied and provide solutions to them in their converse.
Make daily/weekly reports for lead generation and conversions.
Requirements:
6+ months of experience in tele calling and customer service with excellent communication.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM software and tele calling tools.
