Key Responsibilities1. Training & Performance
Plan and conduct structured daily/weekly training programs.
Teach proper techniques for:
Sprinting, middle/long distance
Jumps (long/high/triple)
Throws (shot put, discus, javelin)
Hurdles (if applicable)
Monitor athlete progress using time trials, fitness tests, and performance data.
Customize training based on age, ability, and goals.
Athlete Development
Build physical fitness: speed, strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination.
Develop discipline, consistency, and competitive mindset.
Identify talented athletes and nurture them for higher levels.
Guide athletes on recovery, rest, and basic nutrition.
Competition & Event Management
Prepare athletes for inter-school, district, state, and national competitions.
Select teams and event entries objectively (based on merit, not favoritism).
Manage warm-ups, strategy, and post-event analysis.
Maintain competition records and results.




Safety & Injury Prevention
Ensure proper warm-up and cool-down routines.
Teach secure training techniques.
Monitor for overtraining and injury risks.
Coordinate with medical/physio staff when required.
Administration & Reporting
Maintain attendance and performance records.
Submit regular progress reports.
Communicate with management, parents, and athletes.
Support talent identification programs and trials.
Skilled Conduct
Act as a role model in discipline and ethics.
Maintain punctuality and professionalism.
Continuously upgrade skills through certifications and learning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
