Perform TIG welding on stainless steel hoses, assemblies, and piping components.
Execute butt welding, fillet welding, and joint welding for various diameters and thicknesses.
Work with different hose and pipe sizes as per production requirements.
Inspect materials, set up welding equipment, and ensure proper fit-up before welding.
Ensure welds meet required quality, penetration, and finishing standards.
Read and understand engineering drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
Maintain welding machines, torches, and tools in positive working condition.
Operate safely and follow all EHS (Setting, Health & Safety) guidelines.
Conduct self-quality checks and coordinate with QA team for final inspection.
Support production team in timely completion of daily targets.
