Enermaax Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for Quality Control Officer.

Role Responsibilities:
Quality Management System (QMS) Development & Implementation
Design, implement, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and project-specific requirements.
Develop and maintain the Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), and quality procedures for all project activities.
Establish quality gates and hold points at critical stages of construction and commissioning to ensure zero defects at handover.
Prepare and submit the Master Quality Plan to clients and third-party inspection agencies (TPIs) for approval.
Inspection & Testing
Conduct and supervise inspections at all stages — incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection — for civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
Oversee testing activities including pile load tests, concrete cube tests, cable insulation resistance (IR) tests, loop impedance tests, and string/array performance tests.




Coordinate with third-party testing laboratories and inspection agencies for independent verification testing.
Ensure all measuring and test equipment (MTE) is calibrated and traceable to national standards.
Non-Conformance & Corrective Action Management
Establish and manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system — from raising to root cause analysis, corrective action, and formal closure.
Analyse NCR trends to identify systemic quality issues and drive preventive actions.
Monitor corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementation and verify effectiveness.
Maintain NCR register and report status to project and senior management on a defined frequency.
Vendor & Supplier Quality Management
Conduct pre-qualification assessments and factory audits of critical material suppliers — modules, inverters, cables, transformers, switchgear, and structural steel.
Review and approve supplier quality plans, process control plans
