Job Overview

ONLINELR is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telemarketer who can effectively communicate with customers, introduce them to our platform, and drive sales of our plans and additional services.

Key Responsibilities
Call existing and potential customers to introduce ONLINELR app features and services:
Explain subscription plans and additional paid features clearly
Assist customers in selecting suitable plans based on their needs
Guide customers to complete purchases of multiple services within the app
Build solid customer relationships through regular follow-ups
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets




Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Solid convincing and sales skills
Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital platforms
Ability to handle customer queries confidently
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus (Freshers can apply)
